He is survived by: his wife Maryanne; his children, Jennifer Washburn (Michael), Jeffrey Polut and Sean Polut (Kandice); his grandchildren, Adam, Joseph, Kenyah and Londyn; his sister Maria Mullen; and his mother-in-law Germaine Jakob. He is also survived by many sisters/brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
