He is survived by: his wife Holly Cooke; his cousin Betsy Majchrzak; his children, Niko, Cody, Nichelle and Jessica; his stepchildren, Ally and Andi Radhs; his daughter-in-law Cathy; his grandchildren, Aysha, Kiley, Addison and Dakota; and his nieces and nephews, Melenie Haidys, Jeremy Haidys (Danton Adair), Jay Haidys (Veronica Krajnik), Steven Haidys and Danny Haidys. He is also survived by many cousins, most notably his partner.
