He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Couch and Mary Couch; his wife Ina Lee Couch; and his son Billy Joe Couch. He is survived by: his children, James Couch (Sheila) and Lora Palmer; his granddaughters, Jessica Fritz (Matthew), Caitlin Couch, Melanie Cutler (Brandon), Nicole Cataldo and Sarah Couch; his great grandchildren, Patrick Fritz, Charles Fritz and Lydia Cutler; and his sisters, Naomi Meecham, Elizabeth Baker (Bill), Alice Fugate and Mildred Gilley.
