He is survived by: his parents, Michael and Kathy; his brother Erik; his grandmothers, Kay Clancy and Deloris Jensen; his godparents, Jackie and Dan Harris; his aunt Julie; his uncle Scott Palmquist; and his cousins, Max, Anna, Riley, Sydney and Jack.
