She was predeceased by: her husband Natale; her son Ed Fazio (Loraine); her grandchildren, Shelby, Anthony and Amanda; and her sister Gloria.
She is survived by: her children, Natalie DeMitchell (Scott) and Terry Fazio (Cindy); her grandchildren, Ronald, Kristina (Michael), Matt, Brittney and Amilou; and her sibling Fran (George).
In her spare time she made baby blankets to donate to her church. Donations made to Shine on for Shelby, P.O. Box 100, Lapeer, MI 48446 would be appreciated by Carol's family.
