She was predeceased by: her father Norman Rudolph Michalak of Michigan; and her sisters, Donna Bardell and Lynn Reed. She is survived by: her grandmother Belle Baker (Kilburn) of Kentucky; her husband David John Duff (Dave); her daughters, Andrea Hinkle (David) and Rebecca Campbell (Erik); her brother Kilburn "Mitch" Michalak (Barbara Lynn); and her grandchildren, Isabelle, June, Neil and Vivienne. She is also survived by "Oma", as well as countless nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Roseville, MI, or the American Diabetes Association.
