He was predeceased by: his wife Noula. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas and Janice Faitage Karim (Mark); his sister-in-law Katie Rafaill (Thomas); his nephews, Dr. Dennis and Dr. Nicholas Rafaill; and his goddaughter Cynthia Rafaill Czech.
