He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lepeak and Caroline Lepeak; his son William Lepeak; his wife Sonia Lepeak; and his siblings, Janet Lepeak, Walter Lepeak and Stan Lepeak.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Lepeak (Robin Wagner); his grandson William Lepeak; his sister Holly Pilon (Larry); his siblings-in-law, Linda Lepeak, Cheryl Lepeak and Rod Berkshire (Mary); and also Christoph Neunzig. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Ferris State University, Mayo Clinic.
