He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ann Pouch; his daughter Kimberly Rhynes; his son-in-law Glen Rhynes; his son Christopher Pouch; his daughter-in-law Diane Pouch; and his grandchildren, AJ Pouch, Rose Pouch and Hannah Rhynes.
The family requests in lieu of flowers a memorial donation be made to the American Cancer Society or the donor's choice in memory of Thomas S. Pouch.
