It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Siazik of Saint Charles, Michigan, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Siazik and Elizabeth "Betty" Siazik; and his siblings, Ron Siazik and Marcia Boetcher. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Siazik; his daughter Katrina Siazik; his granddaughter Simone Stanley; his sister-in-law Dory Siazik; his niece Renee Herbers; and his close friends, Josephine Nyman, Rick LaRue and Al Muller.
