He is survived by: his parents, Michael Johnson and Donna Johnson (Jenkins); his siblings, Stephanie (Lyn), Todd (Kellie), Jerrod (Jennifer), Nathan (Becky) and Tiffany (Dave); his nieces and nephews, Adrienne, Madisen, Logan, Austin, Korbin, Kody (Megan), Olivia, McKenzie, Riley, Reese, Reed, Maxamus, Caleb, Samuel and Keirstyn; and his great-niece Sutton. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
