He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fulton and Blanche Fulton; his wife Gwendolyn Dinninger; and his siblings, Joyce Allen, Betty Trumble, Carl Chappel, Wayne Fulton, Kenneth Fulton and Glenn Fulton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deanna Nohel, Anetia Fulton and Vida Fulton; and his brother Dean Fulton. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
