He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Howe and Rose Howe (Beagle); his wife Janice M. Keel; his friend Bill Guilford; his children, Rhonda Ivan (Joseph) and James Howe (Gale); his brother Robert Howe (Marianne); his brother-in-law Gerald Mallory; his brother Raymond Howe; and also, Donald and David LaClair. He was also cherished by four grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
