He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Boufford and Donna Boufford; his wife Renee Boufford; and his brothers, Denny and Pat.
He is survived by: his children, James Boufford (Connie), Michelle Blakeslee and Jacqui McDowell; his grandchildren, Eric Boufford, Kyle Blakeslee, Elizabeth Blakeslee, Zoie McDowell and Maisy McDowell; and his siblings, Sharon Boufford and Tim Boufford, MD (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
