She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Gubbins and Eliza Gubbins; and her siblings, Darald Gubbins, Edwin Gubbins Jr., Gene Gubbins and Irene Kube.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Kushion; her children, Richard Kushion (Jerrie), Keith Kushion (Renie), Kimberly Hoeppner (William), Steve Kushion (Cynthia), Troy Kushion (Anita), Scott Kushion (Leslie) and Jason Kushion (Sarah); and her siblings, Beulah Frye (Howard), Robert Gubbins (Ruth), Martha Lane (Bryce), Laura Cahill (John) and Nellie Beebe (Doug).
