She was predeceased by: her mother Karen Adelberg (Mendyk). She is survived by: her father Carl Adelberg; her children, Zachary Hulien, Brent Hulien, Courtney Kitson, Heather Hulien (Meredith) and Derrick Hulien (Amanda); her grandchildren, Wesley Cubitt and Gracie-Lynn Cubitt; her siblings, David Adelberg (Rosmie) and Connie Root; her nephew Quinton Root (Kayla); and her niece Miranda Bowie (Brandon). She is also survived by family and friends.

Memorials in honor of Leisa may be made to her family to be distributed at their discretion.
