She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jastrzab and Mary Jastrzab (Krause). She is survived by: her brother Robert Jastrzab (Penelope); her nieces, Andrea Marie Jastrzab, Laura Elizabeth Jastrzab Binney (Richard) and Rebecca Anne Jastrzab Juliano (Frank); her great-nieces, Cadence Jastrzab Juliano and Audrey Jastrzab Binney; and her great-nephew Franklin Jastrzab Juliano. She is also survived by her family and the many friends.
