He was predeceased by: his father Hubert Patrick Halligan. He is survived by: his mother Betty Sue Halligan (Owen) of New Lothrop; his sons, Jacob Halligan of Grand Blanc and Jarred Halligan of Chesaning; his brother Brian Halligan (Sheila) of Oakley; his nephew Gabe Halligan; his niece McKenna Halligan (Evan Prall); and the mother of his children Leanne Halligan of Chesaning.
Charitable donations may be given in memory of Dan and made to the wishes of the family.
