He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kelley and Donnah Kelley; and his daughters, Dawn Wyman (Glenn) and Lynnette Hagen (Michael). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Allen; his sons, Ernest Kelley (Kristine), Micheal Kelley (Lisa) and Greg Kelley (Cathleen); and his sister Betty Reynolds. He is also survived by his family, friends, neighbors.
