He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nellie and Elmer Millard, Sr.; his parent-in-law Marion Crofoot; his children, Patrick Millard (Patti) of Saginaw, Timothy Millard (Ree) of Kalamazoo and Janice Wicke (Doug) of Brant; his grandchildren, Brooke Charboneau (Joel), T. J. Millard (Niki), Matt Wicke (Autumn), Sara Humphrey (Christopher), Brett Wicke (Kristi), Abbey Morgan (J. D.) and Amy McNamara (Tim); his wife Marion; and his sister Arlene DeShone. He was also cherished by 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
