He was predeceased by: his sister Joann Helpap; his grandson Jacob Youst; and his brother-in-law Denny Ralph. He is survived by: his former wife Carol; his spouses, Sandy Ralph Culver and Sandra Lee Bowman of Saint Charles; his sons, Todd David Culver of Saginaw, Craig John Culver of Saginaw, Donald Coburn Culver, III (Nikki) of Thomas Township, Scott Elder Bowman of Bridgeport, Elder Roy Bowman, Jr. of Saint Charles and Christian Charles Bowman (Nicole) of Burt; his grandchildren, GiGi, Corena, Cody, Austin, Garrett, Jessica, Scottie, Adena, Ariah, Alona, Haley and Nathaniel; his brother Walter "Wally" Bowman (Kristine) of Luzerne; his siblings-in-law, John Ralph (Faye) of Goodrich, AZ, Asst, Lisa Wells Burnham of Florida and Renee Ralph Dycus of Saginaw; and his friend Tom Halliday. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather.
