She was predeceased by: her parents, Courtney LaValey and Bertha LaValey (Brownlie); her brother Gary LaValey; and her grandmother Margaret Brownlie. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Mefford (Mike); and her grandchildren, Haley Mefford (Bryce) and Nick Mefford.
