He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fields and Emily Fields (Moore); his stepfather William H. Stokes; and his daughter Carol Ann. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his sons, Arthur Jr. Fields (Dyanna) and Ronald Fields (Kimberly); his granddaughter Brittany; his stepgrandchildren, Nick and Katie; and his great grandchildren, Issac, Blair, Abel, Ava, Emma, Shih Tzu and Buffy.
