He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jeff Polkinghorne (Kimberly), Julie Klingberg (Kevan) and Jim Polkinghorne (Gwen Goffard); his grandchildren, Erin Polkinghorne, Amanda Mouttaki (Youssef), Ashley Bibbo (Anthony), Jennifer Polkinghorne (Everette Cosmutto), Jordan Polkinghorne, Nic Wilbur and Cheyne Wilber (Ashly Nelson); his great grandchildren, Oliver Polkinghorne, Mikhail, Khalil, Adam Mouttaki, Jamison Brown, Bowie Glass, Rosalie Bibbo, Aviana and Elara Wilbur; his siblings, Pamela Cuggino and Roger (Sue); and his family, Nick and Julie Johnson.
