He is survived by: his wife Janice Blazejewski Frasle; his stepsons, Chad Frasle (Jennifer), Jason Frasle (Elizabeth) and Jeffery Frasle (Erin); his grandchildren, Sophie, Adalyn, Levi, Charlie, James Miles, Cody and Cooper; his sisters, Bernadette Davis, Mary Slivinski (Jay) and Ginny Dietzel-Mutton (Dennis Jones); his siblings-in-law, Anne Dietzel (Joe Szeszulski), David Blazejewski and Daniel Blazejewski; and his nieces and nephews, Gene Tigner (Shelly) and Bill Dietzel (Beth).
