She was predeceased by: her parents, Armin Rinness and Lorriane Rinness; her siblings, Theodore, Timothy Rinness and Peggy Histed; and her sister-in-law Paula Smeltzer.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Efu of Saginaw; her daughters, Angela Aurand (Jason) of Mt. Morris and Amber Efu of Saginaw; her grandchildren, Taylor Efu of Saginaw and Johnathan Oehring Jr. of Saginaw; her brothers, Thomas Rinness (Joni) of Bay City and Todd Rinness of Saginaw; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Histed of Midland and Janet Metivia (Duane). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (808 Weiss St, Saginaw, MI 48602). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
She civically served her community by selflessly volunteering her time and talent with the Make A Wish Foundation, Toys for Tots, as well as adopting families at Christmastime from the newspaper.
