He was predeceased by : his parents, Gonzalo Delgado and Ignacia Delgado (Gutierrez); his great grandchild Andrew Bass Jr.; his siblings, Margaret, Manuel, Raymond, Peter and Larry; his parents-in-law, Margaret Vasquez and Joe Vasquez; and his brother-in-law Frank Vasquez.

He is survived by : his wife Antonia Delgado of Saginaw; his children, Linda Delgado of Saginaw, Ruby Ann Delgado of Saginaw, Rudy Delgado Jr. and Joseph Delgado of Texas; his grandchildren, Michael Delgado, Julia Delgado (AJ Bass), Crystal Delgado of Rudy, Delgado III and Daniel Cavazos Jr. (Jasmine Colier); his great grandchildren, Layla Garcia, Aubri Delgado, Laci Delgado, Daniel "Chato" Cavazos III and Dominic Cavazos; his siblings-in-law, Joe Vasquez, Vera Gallardo (Roy), Oralia Torrez (Raymond) and Olga Vasquez; and his close friend Joe Jimenez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the W. L. Case and Co. (4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel (4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603).
