He is survived by: his wife Zenaida; his children, Zenna Fisher (Jeffrey), Christine Drake (Scott), Narciso John Santiago (Maia) and Mark Santiago (Amy); his grandchildren, Christopher, Quinn, Weston and Bennett; and his brother Dr. Mario Santiago (Delilah). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
