He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollin Tanney and Betty Tanney. He is survived by: his children, Bret Tanney, Holly Cox (Jeff) and Heather Miller (Scott); his grandchildren, Jeffery, Dyllon and Lula; his brothers, Mitch Tanney (Debbie), Dave Tanney (Debbie) and Steve Tanney (Susie); his pet Shy; and his close friend Ryan Snook (Dina Castillo). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
