He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlene Zoellner (Schmidt) and Clarence Zoellner; his wife Joann Czerewko; his sister Caroline McCann (Zoellner); and his nephew Austin Zoellner.
He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Eastman; his sons-in-law, Joe and Scott; his daughter Amy Balenda (Joe); his stepdaughters, Kristi Furtaw (Scott) and Kim Czerewko; his grandchildren, Matthew, Meagan Balenda, Lisa and Nolan Furtaw; his siblings, Clemens Zoellner, Jane Geiger (Larry) and Gilbert Zoellner (Barb); his daughters, Ella and Aubrey; and also, Sue Weiss, Zach and Heather Gerwin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (1664 Amelith Rd, Bay City, MI 48706).
