She was predeceased by: her parents, Simeon Roman Loperena and Esther "Mamita" Garcia (Vidal); her husband Johnnie Turner; her grandson Brayden; her brother Carlito; her uncle Tío Tony; and her brother-in-law Mike.
She is survived by: her children, Christina Loperena and Marco Turner (Sarah); her grandchildren, Danielle Clark, De'Ante Clark, Jonah Turner and Gabby Turner; her great grandchildren, Sha'Mari and Serenity; her siblings, Amalia (Randy), Alicia, Zenaida, Simeon (Margaret) and Jose; and her uncle Joe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great‑nieces, and great‑nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the W. L. Case and Company (4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
