Lucille M. (Poineau Fiyak) Watz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2024, at the age of 101, Lucille M. (Poineau Fiyak) Watz (Saginaw, Michigan) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lucille M. (Poineau Fiyak) Watz to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Poineau and Katherine Poineau (Brzeczkiewicz); her husband Frank Fiyak; her daughter Lynne Johnston; her son-in-law Dale Colpean; and her siblings, Margaret Tarras, Irene Fijak, Bernard, Daniel, Thomas, Floyd, Louis Jr., George, Edward, William Poineau and Genevieve Cooper.

She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Colpean and Mary Lou (Jeffrey Kersh); her grandchildren, Robert Wilson, Michele Horn (Craig Mason), Jodi Yats, Kristin Jorgensen (Jerrad), Erin Kersh, Joshua Johnston (Amy), Jason Johnston and Jessica Ranson (John); and her sisters, Joan Wisniewski and Nancy Lichon. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Snow Funeral Home (3775 N Center Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Friends may visit at the funeral home where the family will be present on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Wellspring Lutheran Services or the American Cancer Society.
