We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2024, at the age of 86, Lowell Dean Plaugher (Saginaw, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Plaugher and Mary Plaugher (Hall); and his brother Max. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi of Zilwaukee, MI; his children, Melinda (Jim Hubinger) of Midland, MI and Michael (Nathalie) of Veberöd; his grandchildren, Leah Hubinger (Daniel Rios), Vaughn Hubinger (Kati), John and Erik Plaugher; and his sister-in-law Rene Plaugher.
