He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. and Mary L. Greko (Galiardi); and his brother Peter Greko. He is survived by: his children, Christine Greko and Joseph Greko (Bettina Burkholder); his stepdaughters, Shannon, Ryan Foster and Kelly Ashcraft; his grandchildren, Elicia Burkholder, Joseph M. Greko (Johanna Rueda) and Tessa R. Greko; his stepgranddaughter Aubriana Foster; his siblings, Mary Jo Wortley, Patricia (Greg DeMaet), John (Nancy Greko) and Michael (Bonnie Greko); and his sister-in-law Alice Greko. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
