She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Davenport and Frieda Davenport (Ruehs); and her brother Henry Davenport. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Seelye and Dawn Backlund (Tim); and her stepgranddaughter Trista Backlund. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Joanne may be made to Peace Lutheran Ministries, care of the church.
