He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hare and Viola Hare; his wife Marlene Jewell; and his brother Jerry Hare. He is survived by: his daughter Penny Strong (Brad); his grandchildren, Nichole Wenzel, Adam Wenzel (Jessica), Scott Wenzel and Ashley Wenzel; his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Taylor, Isabella, Jason, Lacey, Marlene, Skyleigh and Spencer; his great great grandchild Bailey; and his sister Sharon Rood (Larry).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kendall Funeral Home (316 W Belle Ave, St Charles, MI 48655). A masonic service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Masonic Home in Alma.
