Gloria Colwell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Colwell of Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on October 26, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barko and Katie Barko; her husband Roy Colwell; and her siblings, Julia, Elizabeth, Mary, Margaret, Steve, John, Francis, Carl and Louis.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Colwell (Brenda) and Karen Sheppard (Steve); her grandchildren, Brian Colwell, Bridget Merk (Roger), Thomas Pflibsen (Staci), Joshua Sheppard and Amanda Sheppard; and her great grandchildren, Farrah, Rory, Holland Merk, Jayden, Trevan Cowell, Joshua Jr. and Caleb Sheppard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (808 Weiss St, Saginaw, MI 48602). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
