He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dark and Kathleen Brown; his siblings, Diane Hoffman, Pamela Hyatt and Brian Dark; and also Leota Dark.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Dark (Rudy); his siblings, Faith Minnis (Ralph), Debbie Wells (Chuck), Kenneth Dark (Rosemary) and Jeff Brown; and his in-laws, Clark, Sylvia Rudy, Patrick Rudy, Thomas, Donna Rudy, Paula, Gary Schlicker, Anne and Jim Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
The family would prefer no flowers be sent, and in lieu of flowers and paying tribute to Dave's love for playing the guitar we ask you consider donating to the following organization.
