She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Horton; her mother Elois Richardson; her stepfather Charles Richardson; her father Clyde Sanders; and her brothers, Will Collins, Joe Richardson and LeRoy Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Felicia Davis of Dayton, OH and Fredrick Short of Shawnee, KS; her siblings, Ruth "Punkin" Fortson (David) of St. Louis, MO, JoAnn Shelton of St. Louis, MO, Rose (Stanley), Watson of St. Louis, MO, Elaine Sanders of St. Louis, MO, Gracie Slaughter (Cecil) of Cleveland, OH, Charlie Richardson Jr. of Cleveland, OH, Marvin Richardson of Albuquerque, NM, Stanley Richardson (Beth) of Houston, TX, Tony (Kenya) and Kenneth (Deborah); and her grandchildren, Kendall Short of Kansas City, KS, Jordan Davis of Chicago, IL, Sydnie Short of Shawnee, KS, Gabby Davis of Dayton, OH and Alexa Short of Shawnee, KS. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
