It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Marie Gudaitis in Saginaw, Michigan, born in Hemlock, Michigan, who passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Zabel and Ruth Zabel; her husband John Gudaitis; and her brothers-in-law, Gerald Godwin and Jim Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Chris McMahon (Greg) and Matt Gudaitis; her granddaughter Gracen McMahon; and her siblings, Daniel Zabel (Violet), Carl Zabel (Sharon), Marcella Bremer (John), Patricia Godwin and Elaine Edwards. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors (201 N Miller Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oakwood Memorial (5950 Gratiot Rd, Saginaw, MI 48638).
