She was predeceased by: her parents, Godfrey Alteman and Thelma Alteman (Zinck); her grandson Michael Tafel; and her sister Bonnie Gilson. She is survived by: her children, Cori Tafel of Saginaw and Ryan Tafel of Saginaw; her grandchildren, Danielle Tafel and Graysin Tafel; her niece Sara Arbuckle; and her nephew Marc Gilson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snow Funeral Home (3775 N Center Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603).
