With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Amrhein of Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on March 14, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Slaggert and Mary Ellen Slaggert (Myrtle); and her husband Clifford Amrhein. She is survived by: her children, John Sonefeld, Jennifer Altensee, Sue Wahrman (Ken) and Martin Sonefeld; and her brother David Slaggert (Lynda). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinances and for the safety of our community mask wearing will be required and social distancing will be observed.

In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to SouthernCare Hospice or Old Town Christian Outreach.
