With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Neil Kelley of Ruth, Michigan, who passed away on December 2, 2020 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Paul Neil Kelley to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his sisters, Sharon Kelley and Maxine Dickinson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gossman; his children, Paula Higgs (Basil) and Bryan Kelley (Lisa); and his brothers, Fred (Joyce) and Mike Kelley (Kathy). He is also survived by two grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
