He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Case (Purcell); his parents, Gerald Case and Nina Case (Davis); and his sister Jean Howard. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Bourland (John) of Harrison, MI and Diana Ruby (Joe Dickson) of Lake George, MI; his grandchildren, Jennifer Spaulding (Brent), Chris Bourland (Claire) and Rachel Rhoades (Troy); and his great grandchildren, Kameron, Colin, Manoli, Alex, Anastacia, McKenzie and Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
