He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelbert Perkins and Irene Perkins (Clauson); his son Mark Perkins; and his siblings, Albert Perkins and Claudine Ziaya.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Perkins; his daughter Marcia Perkins; his grandsons, Brian Wilson, Daniel Wilson and Mark Wilson; and his siblings, Pauline Abfalter (John), Betty Prenos (Jim), Linda Bretz and David Perkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
