He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles George and Iona Mary Jane Frank; his wife Ruth Ann Frank (Wright); and his siblings, Martin Nowakowski (Kathleen), Margaret Wagner (Robert), Robert Frank (Linda) and Richard Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Frank, Marcie Henrys (Scott), Tim Sorrow (Krystal), Jason Sorrow and Shawn Sorrow (Darci); his grandchildren, Christopher, Jacob, Melissa, Paige, Christian, Anthony, Alecia and Eric; and his siblings, Mary Jane Starzec (Robert), Douglas Frank (Diana) and Patricia Menzel (Tony).
