He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Baxter (DeWitt) of Rudyard, MI; his wife Debra Baxter; his sister Janice Williams (Richard) of Wayland, MI; his nephews, Adam Williams of Lake Orion, MI and Cody Williams (Jennifer) of Wayland, MI; his great-nephew Bradley Williams; and his great-niece Scarlett Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to Rudyard Bible Church or the Christian Motorcyclists Association.
