Philip Lawrence Postma Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Lawrence Postma of Rudyard, Michigan, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Postma and Emma Postma (Ploegstra); his siblings, Howard Postma (Adele), Floyd Postma, John Postma, Paul Postma, Ethel Wagner (August) and Johanna VanSloten (Floyd); and his brothers-in-law, Ferdinand Postma and Everson McGuire.

He is survived by: his close friend Margaret Anderson; his sons, Lawrence J. Postma (Jacqueline) of Rudyard and Joel G. Postma (Jennifer) of Saranac, Michigan; his grandchildren, Justin Postma, Cassandra Brown, Laurynn Postma, Benjamin Postma, Rachel Postma, Jonathan Postma, Andrew Postma, Morgan Wasilew, Madeline Wasilew and Maximus Wasilew; his siblings, Sherman Postma (Angie) of Grand Rapids, Willard Postma (Coralyn) of Zeeland, Michigan and Stella Postma (late Ferdinand) of Rudyard; and his sisters-in-law, Carol (Jim), Koetie (late John Postma) of Grandville, Ruth Postma (late Floyd), Ruth McGuire, Bonnie Tosh (Dave), Margaret Winkel (Richard) and Kim Cheney (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
