He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Harold and Lempi "Ellen" Piippo (Wuorie); his stepmother Marge Piippo; and his sisters, Kathy Blalock and Karen Royer (Ron).
He is survived by: his wife Terry Lynne Piippo (Willard); his children, Jeremie Piippo (Lacey) of Rudyard and Thomas Curtis of Pickford, Michigan; his grandchildren, Spencer, Sadie, Andrew, Lexxi, Emery, Clara, Tommy Jr. and Maaila; and his siblings, Clint Spring (Alice) of Rudyard and Amy Piippo of Rudyard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and life long friends.
