He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Arthur and Joyce May Mills (Farwell); his parents-in-law, Robert and Verena Wartella; his sister Linda Barrett (Jim); his siblings-in-law, Clifford Wartella, Raymond Wartella, Ronald Wartella, R. Gerald Wartella, F. Michael Wartella, Delphine Frazier (Charles) and Sandra Johnston (Robert); and his nieces, Lori Fay Frazier and Dena Wartella.
He is survived by: his spouse Fayda Jean Wartella; his children, Kenneth Mills (Christine) of Harbor Springs, Michigan, Carrie Mills of Trout Lake, Michigan, Steven Mills (Kristin) of Kinross, Michigan and Danielle Dettling of San Francisco, California.; his grandchildren, Olivia Dale (Grant), Jessica Mills, Owen Mills, Zachary Mills, Dylan Mills, Hayden Mills and Natalie Mills; his siblings, Calvin Mills (Betsy) and Rebecca Revard (Robert) of North Carolina; his parents-in-law, Charles Wartella (Mary) of Moran, Joanne Wartella of New Castle, WA, Delores 'Dee Wartella of Kinross and Maricarol 'Merk Wartella of Madison, Wisconsin; and his friends, Janice Lacrosse (Ron) of Sault Ste, Marie and Ontario. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
